Returns Policy

You may return items that are in new condition (unworn, unlaundered and with tags intact) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If the items are still in the same condition as when you received them you do not need to wait for us to respond to your return request.  You should send the return via a trackable method to: Promotion Concepts, Inc., ATTN: Returns Dept., 5835 Venture Park Rd., Kalamazoo, MI 49009. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item(s).


Exchanges Procedure

Our Return Policy applies to items that you wish to exchange also. Place your order for the replacement item. Follow the procedures for returns (see above). If this was our error, please contact us at stryker@pcipromo.com so that we can arrange the return shipping at no cost to you.
